Making a Memorable Meal Plan Menu

Hey Food Finders!

Are you tired of rushing to find something to cook at the last minute?

Meal planning in advance for the day or for the week is my favorite way to stay on top of my shopping list, meal prep, and time management in the kitchen! As you all know, I'm all about making a healthy lifestyle FUN and making a memorable meal plan menu is one of the many ways I get creative and have fun with my diet!

Write it Down

Get some cute paper, a chalkboard, or a fun layout on the computer and type out the names of the recipes that you want to make for a specific day. Use tasty titles that make you extra excited about what's on the menu!

Here's an example:

Have your Ingredient List and Recipe Ready

If your menu is filled with recipes from Pinterest or Food Blogs, print off, or write down the ingredient lists and recipes so that you can shop and prepare in advance. I always provide a printable version of my recipes, ingredients, and nutrition highlights for your convenience!

Here are links to all of the menu items above:

Lunch

Clip/Print Photos of Your Menu Selection

If you don't have pictures of the recipe, no worries, but if you do... why not make your menu that much more DELICIOUS looking!

Show it Off

Display your menu on a decorative bulletin board! Show off your delicious menu and the whole family will be so excited for your daily edible creations! They may even want to help you cook!
